Rose Hellman has been part of this community for many years, working tirelessly to make it a better place.
Rose Hellman, L.N.H.A.
Rose Hellman is an Orthodox Jewish Woman, 63 years of age, born in the great City of New York, to Polish Holocaust survivors, who immigrated to the US, from Czechoslovakia & Siberia, after WWII. Her father, Leon Hellman was one of Oskar Shindler’s list, redeemed from Auschwitz, whose records are preserved in the Archives of Yad Vashem Memorial, in Israel and worked as a Purchaser in a Nursing Home in the Bronx. Her mother was a stay-at-home mom. They lived in Pelham Pkwy and moved when she was 15, to be closer to family in Boro Park, Brooklyn. She attended Beth Jacob-Beth Miriam School for Girls, right off the Grand Concourse and completed her high-school studies, at BYA High School of Brooklyn, with honors, where she served as Senior Class President and won the “Leadership award from the City of New York”, at the age of 17.
She then went on to attend BYA Brooklyn & Breuer’s Teachers Seminary in Manhattan, in 1979-80, where she completed her Teaching degree and simultaneously, received a Scholastic Scholarship to CUNY Brooklyn College and graduated, with a B.S. in Computer Science and minors in Accounting, Psychology and Nutrition, in 1984.
She was married, in 1982, at the age of 20 and settled in Midwood, Brooklyn. She has 4 married children, from that 23 year union and has been blessed with numerous grandchildren, today. She has served the Elderly in the Nursing Home industry for 39 years since 1986, after the birth of her 3rd child, in various part-time positions in computer health and as a sales representative for medical and nursing home supplies, all thru-out the 5 Boroughs. Rose was honored in 1999, for her service and innovative idea to raise money, selling low- cost Purim packages to the Public to help those who could not make ends meet, at Keren Aniyim – a Charity serving those in need, in her community.
She separated, in 2005,subsequently, becoming a F/T Admissions Assistant in a Nursing Home in the Bronx and became a Notary Public, in 2006. At which time, she, simultaneously, supported her children and attended St. Joseph’s of Maine Graduate Studies, to obtain her Licensure in Nursing Home Administration, achieved in 2011.
Upon graduation in 2011, she became Executive Director of a successful medical facility - New Franklin Adult Day Health Care Program, with some 25 employees, located in Flushing, Queens and is a member of the Adult day Healthcare Council, which has served the community of indigent Elderly and infirm there, thru Covid, doing Telehealth to help maintain her Registrants necessities and well-being, till today.
Rose has never been a politician and she knows it takes hard work to run a successful company and city, but she was shocked to hear the result of the Primary, that someone, who barely worked a day in their life, comparably, and says, he lives off his parents money when he runs out of money, was promising the non-realistic message of "Free, Free... Everything" and Socialism, that has been tried thru-out the world, in history - only creating non-freedoms and depression of free ideas and living - destructive promises of a dark and bleak future to the Greatest City in the world. What was even more shocking ,were the clear sentiments of lack of allegiance to our country, in support of pro-terrorism, and support of the idea to instill violent ,empty, divisive hatred to its own people, into a City, that offers us a melting pot of multi-culturalism and peaceful acceptance of our differences, our freedoms to be who we are and live un-accosted , here, in New York. New York, which is, also, the Greatest Free Business Center of the World ,she has always lived in and thrives upon, due to those freedoms and wishes it to remain that way for her children, grandchildren and future generations to come....
So Rose felt she had no choice, but, to stand up and throw her hat into the Ring for Mayor of NYC, at this late juncture, as a “write-in” candidate, with no matching funds and can only have you write her name in at the bottom of the Ballot , come this Election Day Nov 4th 2025 because she fears NY will become Gotham City and fail to remain the beautiful, thriving, hustling, bustling, free City it already is. She has a vision for it that can be far greater, that deserves so much more... than the nonsense being offered to you by a screaming, bullying, (poor Tom Homan), inexperienced candidate , with a more grateful, experienced & qualified choice , to make this City, even greater than what it already is and can be.
She is a Registered Republican, who is Pro- Israel, our only democratic Ally in the Mid-East

1) Peace - Unification and Fiscal responsibility – “United we stand, divided we fall”.
Rose wants to work with all the billionaires and Corporations to support and keep investing in NYC to keep, jobs here, helping to keep NY beautiful and affordable for those who can’t manage to, now. By building new housing for those who need it, she wishes to keep it being one of the greatest cities in the world.
Rose will never disrespect the office of the Presidency of the United States because she wants to work together with our President, not divide NY from him or our United States. So that NYC can receive all the funds we can get with the big, bright future, a great city like New York, deserves.
2) Love = Safety – Rose will NOT release the criminals from jail ever, to allow them to roam freely to prey on the innocent and pay for them to find a couch with their psychiatrists/SWs, afterwards. They need time in Rehabilitation, to find it in themselves to change their ways before they can walk among our innocents. Our City needs to be kept safe, with our finest police officers, monitoring it for violent people, thieves, rapists and child molesters. All protesters, who are violent and/or deny any other American of their g-d given rights to walk the streets safely, to achieve the American Dream, will, also, be locked up by them or they are free to go back to the countries from whence, they came.
Every “Little Guy” should feel safe to know that their children are safe in the streets, playing, when they are still at work and that they can get home to them late at night, with their paychecks still, safely tucked, into their pockets, not being attacked by misguided ,hateful humans perusing their neighborhoods.
3) Light = Education – we have to teach our children to want MORE for themselves and their futures, NOT to take handouts like “Free, Free… anything from others’ bank accounts. I would like to see college, free, again or very low cost, with programs to give needed assistance. I would, also, have no tolerance for any school, nor staff member that allows discriminatory practices on their premises, if founded, and would insist that that teacher be dismissed or be responsible to have their school lose their funding. Every young girl and boy should have a g-d given right, to be able to achieve a better life and world for themselves, regardless, of race, creed, or color.
